    For customers in Dhaka and Chittagong, we provide on-site service support within 24 hours of reporting an issue.
  • Nationwide (Other Districts):
    For customers outside Dhaka and Chittagong, we offer two convenient service options:

    1. Courier Service: Contact our support team and send the defective product to us via courier. We are committed to servicing and dispatching the item back to you within 24–48 hours of receipt.
    2. Dealer Points: You may also visit any of our authorized dealer points located across the country for service assistance.
