Return Timeline

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect product.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

  • Approved Returns: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or arrange for an exchange product of equal value.
  • Exchanges: If the item is defective due to manufacturer error, we will replace it free of charge under our warranty policy.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, manufacturing defect), we will bear the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
